Soccer Highlights

Soccer is one of the newest sports in my photography journey. I began photographing it after coming to South Carolina, and learning the nuances of the game through my camera has been both challenging and exciting. With continuous action, a huge field, and plays that can develop in an instant, soccer has pushed me to anticipate where the action is going rather than simply react to it. As I’ve had the opportunity to photograph increasingly competitive matches, I’ve learned more about the rhythm, emotion, and strategy of the sport — and it has quickly become one of the most fun and rewarding games for me to capture.
